Since Sunday we have had nothing but problems with our switch provider, Open Solutions. The switch is what controls the electronic transactions that are created when members use their MemberCard. When the switch doesn’t work anything you do with the card is affected. We have sent out e-mail messages, text messages and answered the telephones for the past two days trying to help in anyway we can. But we are held hostage by the inability of our outside supplier to make this work. This has been happening too many times and we have decided to move to another supplier Threshold early next year. We thank you for your patience. Please call us at anytime if we can offer assistance in anyway. We have been told it will be fixed shortly.
Made the Switch to Threshold last Tuesday. Not sure who was providing your switching before hand, but be prepared for an experience.
About time someone took providers to task for their lack of provisions. Kudos to those like you folks out there who are transparent and proactive in the same breath!
